Meet CaSandra

Hi there! I’m CaSandra Shirey, owner and founder of The Fiery Floozie Collective, LLC. I’m a wife, mom, and ER nurse who found herself in a season of life with a little extra time on her hands and a desire for something that was just mine.

I was searching for a hobby… maybe even a side gig. I tried making my own sourdough — and let me tell you, that was a disaster. I quickly realized I had created something else to feed, keep alive, and refused to do what I asked! It brought way more frustration than joy.

Somewhere along the way, the idea of making custom trucker hats popped into my head — and when it did, it was like a light bulb went off. All I wanted to do was brainstorm and create (which is funny, because I’ve never considered myself very creative).

What started as a hobby quickly turned into a side gig… and then into a small business that has brought me so much joy and purpose. It’s something that’s truly my own.

A Floozie, to me, is fun, flirty, fierce, and unapologetically herself — and that’s exactly the energy I want to bring through this brand. My hope is that every hat I make shares a little bit of that Fiery Floozie spirit with everyone who wears one.
