Refunds/Exchanges 

NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES. Order cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. 

Damages and Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We want to make it right as quickly as possible.

You have 2 business days from the time of delivery to notify us of any issues. After that window, the item is considered yours and is no longer eligible for review or replacement.

 

At The Fiery Floozie Collective, we value our customers and strive to deliver high-quality, one-of-a-kind products. Due to the custom nature of many of our items, refunds, returns, and/or exchanges are not accepted.

Most of our products are made-to-order and tailored for specific events or occasions, making them non-resellable. 

Additionally, for sanitary and quality assurance reasons, items cannot be accepted for return or exchange. These policies help protect both our business and our customers by ensuring all items meet our high standards of hygiene and customization.
